Incorrect Address

Customers are held responsible for ensuring they have provided the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the address stated on your order. If this is not correct and the address is not changed before the products are shipped out, we are unable to reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If your order safely makes its way back to us, we are able to resend it. Please contact us if you would like your order to be resent, otherwise a 20% restocking & processing fee applies.

As we start working on orders straight away, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As our items are handcrafted, we are currently unable to offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

I want to measure my ring size

1. Cut a very thin piece of paper and wrap it around your finger.
2. Make sure the paper is places close to your knuckle and fits comfortably.
3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance between the two points with a ruler.

I have a ring, but dont know my size

1. Grab a ruler and a ring.

2. Place the ring on the ruler, so that the left inner side is just touching the zero.

3. Measure distance between the two inner sides to get your diameter.
