Not real crystal just glass. They don’t sparkle. The customer service is atrocious. I was overcharged due to a promo code not working at the checkout. I couldn’t get hold of anyone, the email responses are automated and in the end I gave up. I never got my money back. They are not a UK company they are Romanian.

Sorry to hear about an issue with your discount code, ufortunately we have not found any communications from your email starting with s*****m which would allow us to look into the issue.

Please rest assured the stones are made of high carbon cubic zirconia. Crystal stones are in fact glass, we do not use these in any of our jewellery.

We're also sorry to hear about the confusion regarding our location, we are indeed UK based. You may check your tracking for proof :)

Hi, I absolutely love the earrings

The backs of earrings however have only lasted one use. One, the plastic surround broke away from the metal. The other slipped off ff during wear. Luckily I didn’t lose the earring.

Would you possibly be able to send me a pair of sturdier backs please? I adore the earrings. Thank you
