Rest of World Delivery

  • FREE DELIVERY on orders over £40

Additional Express Shipping service is available. Handling company varies by country. Most shipments are sent with Fedex Express of DPD Express.

Specific countries may experience longer delivery times due to delays at customs and an additional period may have to be allowed. Unfortunately, this delay is out of our control and due to domestic customs. 




Made to Order / Pre-Order Items

For Pre Order or Made to Order items, the average time of manufacture is 3-6 weeks. Please be mindful that the recent Coronavirus outbreak may affect your Pre Order or Made to Order shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are held responsible for ensuring they have provided the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the address stated on your order. If this is not correct and the address is not changed before the products are shipped out, we are unable to reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If your order safely makes its way back to us, we are able to resend it. Please contact us if you would like your order to be resent, otherwise a 20% restocking & processing fee applies.

If you have made a mistake when placing an order, please contact us quickly in order to get this issue resolved.

Order Cancellation

As we start working on orders straight away, orders cannot be cancelled.


As our items are handcrafted, we are currently unable to offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
