Shipping & Returns
We offer complementary shipping on orders over $50. Detailed shipping costs and express options will be calculated at checkout.
We accept returns of unused products to store credit. Faulty products are covered by manufacturing warranty.

Payment methods
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
You may also pay for your order using PayPal, Clearpay and Klarna Payments.
If your card payment is not working, it is usually due to your billing address not matching the card's registered address. Ensure the details match or try again with another card.
Discount codes
Your discount code may have expired. Some items are excluded from discount codes, particularly items that are already discounted, such as Sets.

We believe jewellery should not be a luxury. We offer a wide variety of materials at an accessible price range. We use Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Plating, Stainless Steel and Brass in creating out products.
