Shipping & Returns

We offer complementary shipping on orders over £40. Detailed shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Visit our Returns Centre. Enter your order number and email address to begin. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. You have 30 days to return of your order.

Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order, provided they are unused and include original packaging, tags, and accessories. Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval by our team, typically processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or as store credit. Non-returnable items include gift cards, piercing jewellery, custom or made-to-order pieces.

Payment Methods

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

You may also pay for your order using PayPal, Apple Pay, Clearpay and Klarna Payments.

If your card payment is not working, it is usually due to your billing address not matching the card's registered address. Ensure the details match or try again with another card.

Discount codes

Your discount code may have expired. Some items are excluded from discount codes, particularly items that are already discounted, such as sets.
